Carolina Beach, NC
This was my first major project. Built in 2000 on Carolina Beach in North Carolina. I acquired the land and then built a 5000 square foot house right on the ocean.

It captures the view with a magical sense of comfort. Each room is unique with it's own style. The walls are all custom rag rolled with a flare.

At night, when the ocean is out of sight, the inside of the house becomes the show! The lighting is done in red and blue with hidden lighting sources all over.

It has two master bedrooms and 6 bedrooms in total with a gym. The bar is cobalt blue, the loft is overlooking the enormous living room and dinning room. The kitchen is a dream to work in with so much storage you wont have to worry about buying that extra anything! It has an island with seating for 5 and then a separate side bar with additional seating.

There is a shower under the building as well as a private walk way to the beach.

This was built with love and structurally overbuilt to make it through hurricane season with no worries.

Custom make windows to resist 150 MPH... If the requirements said 2x4 I used a 4x6. If requirements where every 6 feet I put support every 3 feet. The roofing require d 4 nails per shingle, I used 8! My team was great!
